Hello, dear all:

I don't think most of the classmates show interest in the coming presidential election campaign either in Taiwan or in the US. For us, most candidates, I think, are baby kissers, caring more of their own political interests than of national ones, let alone poor people's.

At such senile age, what we are concerned about is a life, easy, peaceful, and meaningful but not necessarily colorful.  Politics is really far from most of us. We don't give a damn who is running for presidency, Jeb Bush or Hilary Clinton, 洪秀柱or 蔡英文. In retrospect of what I did in 2000, going back to Taiwan and casting a ballot for xxx, I am still agonized and regretful about the lousiest choice I ever made. 

With many classmates' participation in interaction, this bud of the forum sprouted, grew up, and began to bloom during the past few months.  This forum needs continued support and tender care of each one of you. Therefore, all the programs provided by classmates are most welcome except those inappropriate or concerned with political interests.

It is none of my business who our classmates are going to vote for.  However, this pure and gorgeous "forum" must be defended from being polluted or contaminated by any in-coming filthy message. I am confident that each of the classmates is obligated to protect this "forum", created through care and strenuous efforts.
