{1} Once all villagers decided to pray for rain. On the day of prayer all the people gathered,but only one boy came with an umbrella.

1)     No one who is fully healed consciously choose to hurt themselves or others.  Only those who are themselves hurt hurt themselves or others.

凡是完全康復者會選擇傷害自己或他人。

2)     It’s OK to cry sometimes.  Because tears are liquid prayers.

有時哭泣無所謂。因為淚水就是液體的祈禱文。

3)     One kind word can change someone’s entire day.

一句慈善的言語能改變某人一整天。

4)     Self-compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others.

自我同情純為給予我們自己，會給予他人的慈善。

5)     Those who follow the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The one who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever been before.
